Dongguan Mengpeng Hardware Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is currently a professional manufacturer of universal shaft gaskets with complete specifications in Guangdong Province. It is located in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It covers an area of about 3,500 square meters and has more than 60 employees. The total fixed assets are about 9 million. The company’s existing production equipment: presses, 2 sets of 160 tons, 4 sets of 110 tons, 2 sets of 80 tons, 3 sets of 60 tons, 5 sets of 45 tons, 3 sets of 25 tons, and 2 sets of 15 tons. Testing equipment includes: projector 2 sets, 1 set of two-dimensional, 1 set of three-dimensional, 1 Rockwell hardness tester, 1 Vickers hardness tester, 2 altimeters, 3 microscopes; 1 spring pressure tester. Mold room processing equipment: 2 sets of slow wire walking, 3 sets of medium wire walking, 2 sets of milling machines, and 4 sets of grinders. We have our own mold R&D team, all links from R&D to production are interlocked. In early 2013, we passed the ISO9001 system certification to ensure product quality and delivery with scientific management.

The company's main products are precision shaft standard gaskets, customized shaft sheet metal parts, various precision stamping mold development and stamping production. At present, our company's products are widely used in various shaft components, such as notebook computer shafts, DVD machine shafts, and cash registers. Table base hinge, monitor base hinge, all-in-one computer base hinge, mobile phone hinge, headset hinge, desk lamp hinge, etc. Cooperative customers are all over the country, and most of our high-end customers serve first-tier domestic and foreign brands such as HP, Huawei, Lenovo, DJI, and Acer.
